Mindfulness to me means accepting my life without being judgemental and being harsh on myself or others around me. Being mindful helped me to discover my strengths. It made me a much positive and happy person in life. The constant positive change in me empowers me to believe in mindfulness. The other word which strengthens my belief in mindfulness is "practice". The more I practice mindfulness, the happier I become.
