Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. While mindfulness is something, we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice daily to experience Happiness.

There is so much in our external environment to drag us away from the present moment. That we don’t even realize that we are mentally unaware in that moment. We only exist in that moment, but we don’t live it. And this is the reason we remain disconnected with the world around us. So many of us experience stress, anxiety, aggression, loneliness and detached from the environment around us so we need mindfulness techniques for anxiety and mindfulness practice in daily life.

At Soul Diets Foundation, we are excited to introduce Institutional Training Program, a transformative journey for educators and students, aligning with the visionary National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Our program is designed to empower teachers and students with a bouquet of mindfulness-based techniques and strategies that will enrich the learning experience. How mindfulness for mental health is beneficial and mindfulness how to practice but also foster personal growth and well-being with mindfulness practice in daily life with our institutional training program.
